On 3rd April, 2022 ten members of SMAA completed the 14-week instructional course offered by Community of Hope International (COHI) on Pastoral Ministry. Training then continued with team pastoral visits. During these pastoral visits, COHI-trained parishioners assisted Fr. Winston in offering pastoral care and sharing SMAA's hospitality. Now, all this training has culminated in the commissioning of a new pastoral care team for St. Michael's. On Sunday, 9th October, 2022, ten members of SMAA were commissioned to serve God in the capacity of Pastoral Care givers at SMAA.
