EPISCOPAL CHURCH WOMEN (ECW)
All Episcopal women are members of the ECW by virtue of their membership in the Church. We are women of all ages, ethnic origins, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our common denominator is our love of God and the desire to do His work.
The purpose of the SMAA ECW is to relate all women to the whole goal of the Church through a program of worship, study, service, gifts, and fellowship so that each woman may find her place in the parish family and the mission of the church.
For more information about the SMAA ECW please contact us at ecw@stmichaelstonemountain.org.

St. Mary’s Guild
Affiliated organizations within Episcopal Church Women promote and support the different gifts, values, and ministries of women, while advancing the roles of women in the mission of SMAA.
The original women’s group at St. Michael’s, St. Mary’s Guild sponsors in-gatherings of household staples, food, and back-to-school supplies for the Stone Mountain Cooperative Ecumenical Ministry.
They receive contributions for the United Thank Offering, which helps fulfill grant requests for projects that address human needs and help alleviate poverty in our diocese and the whole Episcopal Church. St Mary's Guild is also responsible for decorating and filling containers with useful gift items for the Grandparents of the Emmaus House Children at their annual Christmas Party. Please contact the parish administrator for specific details.
Daughters of the King (DOK)
The Order of the Daughters of the King is an order for women who are communicants of the Episcopal Church, churches in communion with it, or churches in the historic episcopate but not in communion with it. Today our members include women in the Anglican, Episcopal, Lutheran, and Roman Catholic Churches.
Our Anglican tradition includes episcopal oversight, recognizes that Holy Scripture contains all things necessary for salvation, acknowledges the gift of the Holy Spirit in Baptism, the real presence of the Lord in the Holy Eucharist, and worship according to The Book of Common Prayer.
Members undertake a Rule of Life, incorporating the Rule of Prayer and the Rule of Service.
The Mary Sandra Chapter of the Daughters of the King at St. Michael and All Angels church, meets on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM.
