Two members of St. Michael's vestry accompanied Father Winston at a conference centering on congregational development. Through this experience, the attendees were able to better understand how to support the congregation of St. Michael's.

After attending, Father Winston reminded us of the importance of youth Christian formation and the work that was put forth by the Christian Formation Committee to provide Sunday School beginning in September. He emphasized that we must come together and strengthen our inreach and congregational enrichment alongside our outreach and community engagement efforts, most especially by supporting the youth of the Church.

Father Winston vowed to encourage those members of the church who possess gifts and experience to aid in the ministry of the Sunday School program, and also welcomed anyone who would wanted to take it upon themself to do so as well.

He concluded affirming that "We cannot allow our youth to not have a deep understanding and a working knowledge of the love of God in their lives."
