GIVING AS A MEMBER

If you are a member of St. Michael’s, you can manage your giving as recurring or one-time donations in a secure, easy-to-use environment. Contribution statements are always available via your profile. Below is a quick video tutorial on how to give from your profile.

PLEDGES

Members of SMAA are asked to prayerfully consider pledging annually in thanksgiving and gratitude for what God has done for us, and to enable us to continue our mission and ministry.  SMAA holds a stewardship pledge drive in the fall which culminates in a New Consecration Sunday celebration. Members are encouraged to sign and submit their Pledge cards for the upcoming year during this service. “Downloadable Pledge Card” (Link to downloadable document).

MATTHEW 25 SUNDAY

‘…Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’ (Matthew 25:40 NASB).

At St. Michael and All Angels, the third Sunday of every month is designated “Matthew 25 Sunday” or “A Dollar for Matthew.” On this Sunday a special offering is collected toward sustaining the Rector’s Discretionary Fund, from which members of the congregation or persons from the community, could receive assistance. Such need may be a death in the family or some difficulties in meeting financial demands. Members and visitors in the congregation on A Dollar for Matthew Sunday are encouraged to give at least a dollar towards this fund in the envelopes provided.

THE MUSIC FUND

Monetary gifts to the St. Michael's music program are matched dollar for dollar through the Laura Martens Trust. Gifts of any size are greatly appreciated. Checks may be made payable to St. Michael & All Angels with a notation for "Music Dept. matching gift."

MEMORIAL AND GIFTS

We encourage financial gifts to the church in honor of or in memory of your friends and loved ones. These gifts support many aspects of worship at SMAA.

A check may be made payable to St. Michael & All Angels with a notation for "Memorial and Gifts", mailed to, St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, PO Box 1087, Stone Mountain, Ga 30086.
